The internal walls all have door openings , which are cut to fit the readily available standard size pre-assembled doors.

The house is manufactured in 9mm MDF with a 6mm rear wall. Window sashes are 3mm. 2 chimneys and 2 staircases complete this ready to assemble kit. Instructions, hinges, PVA glue and sandpaper are included.

Dimensions: 620mm (H) * 750mm (W) * 380mm (D).
